Fifteen years in financial-services technology with Tata Consultancy Services, contracted to GE Capital, Silicon Valley Bank and now USAA. Cornell Johnson MBA, class of 2020. Co-founder and investor at QuickDial. Today I fund it and Puru runs it; once the round is in, I join him full time.

I have spent my career where large financial institutions meet the technology they run on. I joined Tata Consultancy Services in Noida in 2010 and have been with TCS since. Through TCS I have been contracted to GE Capital in Connecticut, Silicon Valley Bank in Santa Clara and USAA in San Antonio, where I am a Product Manager today.
That path taught me one thing above all: a product is only as good as the operation behind it. I am ITIL and Lean Six Sigma trained, and I care as much about how a thing runs at 3 a.m. as how it demos at 3 p.m.
In 2020 I earned my MBA at Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of Management. Since then I have started putting capital behind founders whose stack I understand. QuickDial is the first, and the one I plan to join full time once it is funded.

I co-founded QuickDial and I fund it. Right now I am not in the day-to-day: Puru Chaudhary, founder and CEO, builds the models, runs the team and talks to customers. My job today is to keep the lights on and ask hard questions when asked. The moment QuickDial is funded, I leave my role and join Puru full time, taking the business side and stepping into technical work wherever the team needs it.

Why this company: voice agents at a price small businesses can afford is a market I understand from the operations side, and Puru had already built the stack before I wrote a cheque. Fifteen years inside financial institutions and a Cornell MBA taught me how to run the business around a product like this; that is what I bring when I join.
