Privacy Policy

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Quickdial (“we”, “us”) handles information on our marketing website at quickdial.ai. It does not cover the Quickdial developer dashboard or API, which are governed separately at sign-up.

What we collect

On this website we collect only anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, referring source, approximate (city-level) location derived from IP, and coarse device / browser information. We do not ask for, or collect, your name, email, or any account details on this site. If you use the live demo, the text or audio you submit is processed to return a result and is not tied to your identity here.

Cookies & consent

Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” on our consent banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied, so no analytics cookies are written. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Strictly necessary functionality on this static site requires no cookies.

How we use the data

Solely to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site — which pages resonate, where visitors come from, and how the site performs. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decisions, and ad-personalization signals stay denied.

Who we share it with

Analytics data is processed by Google as our processor under its terms. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Google may process data on servers outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Aggregated analytics are retained per our Google Analytics configuration (up to 14 months) and then automatically deleted or aggregated further.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because this site’s analytics are anonymous, we may be unable to identify your specific data — but you can exercise choice at any time through the consent controls above.
